What do we do to prep a kitten for adoption? We have them spayed/neutered!
This is our ultimate weapon in the battle against animal overpopulation. According to the ASPCA, over 6 MILLION cats and dogs end up in animal shelters EVERY YEAR. By making sure that our animals are spayed/neutered before adoption, we are ensuring that we do our part to reduce the number of homeless animals.
When we take in healthy kittens like our Halloweentown litter, we can quickly get them scheduled for surgery! This means they can go home with a loving family right away and don’t have to hang out here for very long. Did you know that most kittens love going home with a sibling? You don’t even have to pick two from the same litter. An adoption counselor can advise you on a good pairing based on age and temperament.
Thanks to supporters like YOU, we’re able to ensure that our shelter pets never have to worry about having babies. They can focus on being YOUR baby!
