Manzanita Apartments has no breed or weight restrictions. Well socialized and friendly dogs are allowed upon management prior approval. There is a one-time $300 pet deposit. Each apartment unit comes with a small backyard!

Walnut Grove Apartments proudly offers 50% off the pet deposit for new or existing tenants adopting an animal from BHS. Just bring in the adoption papers get the discount. Tenants enjoy a pet area on-site where dogs run around off the leash.
Pet Deposits:
- Dogs: regularly $400
- No weight limit on dogs
- Two dogs per pet deposit. (Must be fixed.)
- No puppies under 6 months
- Must be kept on a leash while in common areas
- Unable to accept Pit Bulls
- Cats: regularly $200
- Two cats per pet deposit. (Must be fixed.)
